Health Care Reform Litigation Continues

There are many different judicial challenges in the court system throughout the United States concerning the legality of last year’s health care legislation, or technically the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Perhaps none is more important than one brought by 26 different states Attorney’s Generals. 

The case is on appeal in the 11th Circuit Court and was heard by a three judge panel, two appointed by a Democratic President and one Republican appointed.  If their questioning offers any insight into a final opinion, the plaintiffs must be feeling good.  Read the summary of these comments. 

 

In any event, everyone agrees the final decision will come from the United States Supreme Court and that will probably be sometime next year
